It was meant to be an update and regular meeting.
But, the LORD had other ideas. As I listened to the updates, a need to guide came upon me. But this wasn't a usual guidance. There was a strong sense of urgency.. Suddenly the words "Lead with conviction, courage, clarity..." began gushing out of my mouth. The truth was, all I had to do was open my mouth for them to come out.
After speaking, I realised something far greater than I knew had taken place. As they left my office, the "typewriter" keys went off the charts! The next two days and nights were consumed with a need to search for something that I didn't truly know what it was.
It turned out I had "stumbled" upon critical architecture of Leadership.
Today we know it as "THE 8 C's of Leadership"
